Northern International Holdings Limited (the "Company") is an exempted company incorporated in Bermuda and its shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Code: 0736).

The Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") are principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of snap off blade cutters, electronic products, educational toys and home appliances.

The Group's marketing and administrative operations are located in Hong Kong where it employs approximately 30 staff. All of the Group's manufacturing operations are currently carried out in Northern Industrial Complex, its self owned production facilities in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, PRC. Northern Industrial Complex has a site area of approximately 67,000 sq.m. Twelve major buildings have been erected in the complex, providing a total gross floor area of over 75,000 sq.m.. Currently, about half of the floor area is leased out for rental income and the another half is for production of the Group's products. About 1,000 workers are involved in the Group's manufacturing operations.

We believe that the success of the Group is mainly attributable to its ability to develop innovative products and to apply the latest design features in the manufacture of its products so as to meet its customers' requirements.
